Have you visited our Tropical Waters of the World room recently? Among our aquariums that feature marine life from the Amazon, our stingray and shark pool really gets lively around feeding time! At 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily, gather around and watch as our experienced aquarists feed the sharks and the stingrays in the observation pool. You can learn more about the behaviors of these amazing creatures as our experts serve up their meals! Butterfly Wonderland’s main focus has always been the butterflies flying freely within the Conservatory. But, as you may have noticed, there have been lots of exciting changes within our building as we work to bring in even more unique and interesting inhabitants. We are thrilled to educate the public about the world’s animals including our sharks and stingrays, honeybees, and our fascinating tarantulas in the Spineless Giants exhibit. With each that we introduce, we send the message that these animals all co-exist in nature with the butterflies. The world’s inhabitants are truly remarkable, and we invite you to come in and explore nature’s beauty up close and personal at Butterfly Wonderland!
